ABOUT COURTNEY
When I was four I saw the Bluegrass Miracle. The rest is history.
Born and raised in the heart of horse country with UK season tickets and a family passion for sports, I've loved football my entire life. With family on the bayou and a desire to cover real SEC football, my college search led me to LSU. In Baton Rouge, I was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta as well as a reporter and producer for Tiger TV Sports during the 2019 National Championship run. When it came time for graduation, I knew I had to come back to the bluegrass. I found my new home in Eastern Kentucky at WYMT-TV, covering Kentucky football and basketball while reporting on more than forty high school athletic programs. Now I'm taking on the Big 10 at WCIA in Champaign, the official station of the Fighting Illini.
